1. Approval of minutes: Corrections and approval of August, September, 2021 meeting minutes.
2. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   a. Notified Wilco Tax collector of tax rate (Send approved budget and Resolutions)
   b. Sent a copy of the budget to Cedar Park
   c. Provide proof of bonding to state secretary
   d. Pay fire service bill
3. Audience comments/questions.
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   a. Bank statement review
   b. Pay any expenses
5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   a. Upload ESD info to Texas Dept of Agriculture via Safe-D
6. Set next meeting date.
7. Adjourn
