1. Approval of minutes: Corrections and approval of June 11, 2024 meeting minutes.
2. Audience comments/questions.
3. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   1. Discuss and consider timeline of upcoming budget and tax rate meetings
   2. Discuss and consider placing tax hearing notice in newspaper (Paper needs one week, must publish seven days before August meeting)
4. Vice President’s Report
   1. Status report on legal counsel contract
   2. Status report of Google workspace account
5. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   1. Discuss and consider Bank statement review
   2. Discuss and consider paying any expenses
6. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   1. Discuss and consider approving budget/approving tax rate
   2. Discuss and consider notifying Wilco Tax collector of tax rate
   3. Discuss and consider sending a copy of the budget to Cedar Park
   4. Discuss and consider adopting the tax and budget planning calendar for 2024 and authorize payment for tax process publications.
   5. Discuss and consider status of District website, accessibility, and posting requirements and take any related action.
