2. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   1. Publish ESD existence in newspaper
   2. Pay Safe-D dues
   3. Pay fire service bill
   4. Calculate and pay fire service true-up
   5. Request financial compilation report from CPA
3. Audience comments/questions.
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   1. Bank statement review
   2. Pay any expenses
5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   1. Review Fire Run reports
   2. Review coming calendar year fire service payments with Cedar Park
   3. Approve financial compilation
6. Set next meeting date.
