1. Approval of minutes: Corrections and approval of June and July, 2021 meeting minutes.
2. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   a. Review Fire Run Report
   b. Certified appraisal rolls have been received
   c. Draft/review budget
   d. Propose new tax rate
   e. Insurance Policy Review
3. Audience comments/questions.
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   a. Bank statement review
   b. Pay any expenses
5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   a. Hold hearing to adopt tax rate (September meeting)
   b. Approve budget/Approve tax rate
   c. Notify Wilco Tax collector of tax rate (Send approved budget and Resolutions)
   d. Send a copy of the budget to Cedar Park
   e. Pay WCAD Quarterly payment
6. Set next meeting date.
