3. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   a. Approve annual report and financial compilation
   b. Pay fire service bill
   c. Resolution to engage Carlton Law Firm as legal council
   d. Resolution to open Google workspace account for document storage and email
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:

a. Bank statement review
b. Pay any expenses

5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next
   few months.
   a. Pay WCAD Quarterly Payment
6. Set next meeting date.
7. Adjourn
