1. Approval of minutes: Corrections and approval of November, 2021 meeting minutes.
2. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   a. Upload ESD info to Texas Dept of Agriculture via Safe-D
   b. Draft annual report to commissioners
   c. County Redistricting
3. Audience comments/questions.
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   a. Bank statement review
   b. Pay any expenses
5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   a. Publish ESD existence in newspaper
   b. Pay Safe-D dues
   c. Pay fire service bill
   d. Calculate and pay fire service true-up
6. Set next meeting date.
7. Adjourn
