   a. Upload ESD info to Texas Dept of Agriculture via Safe-D
   b. Review fire run reports
3. Audience comments/questions.
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   a. Bank statement review
   b. Pay any expenses
5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   a. Draft annual report to commissioners
   b. Pay WCAD Quarterly payment
6. Set next meeting date.
7. Adjourn
