AGENDA

1. Approval of minutes: Corrections and approval of June, 2021 meeting minutes.
2. President’s report, ESD status and overview of agenda items
   a. Discuss tax rate
   b. Fill out Truth In Taxation (TNT) forms received from Williamson County Tax Assessor
   c. Fill out TDEM Yearly Report form
   d. Place tax hearing notice in newspaper – Paper needs one week, must publish seven days before August meeting
3. Audience comments/questions.
4. Treasurer’s Report, including but not limited to:
   a. Bank statement review
   b. Pay any expenses
   i. Pay Fire service bill
5. Review annual “To Do” list, assigning action for items that are coming due in the next few months.
   a. Receive Certified appraisal values (Late July)
   b. Draft Budget for the following year and review
   c. Hold hearing to propose tax rate (August meeting)
   d. Hold hearing to adopt tax rate (September meeting)
   e. Review Fire Run reports
6. Set next meeting date.
