Williamson County Texas Emergency Services District #11 – Shenandoah
On November 8, 2011, a public vote was taken and passed for the formation of an Emergency Services District (ESD) for the Shenandoah neighborhood in the Cedar Park Extra Territorial Jurisdiction. Williamson County ESD #11 was formed for the purpose of arranging fire protection for the neighborhood.
ESDs are formed under the Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 775, which allows the District to contract for services. In order to provide funding for an Emergency Services District, a tax is charged based upon property evaluations. The maximum tax rate is currently 10 cents per $100 evaluation.
There are five ESD Commissioners appointed by the Commissioner’s Court. They meet on a regular basis to determine administrative policy and perform financial oversight of the district. Commissioners are appointed, by the Williamson County Commissioners, for staggered two year terms.
The regular meetings of the ESD board are usually scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
We will post the tentative date for the next planned meeting later in the week in which a meeting occurs. Final scheduling always depends upon the official agenda, which is posted a minimum of 72 hours in advance of any meeting of the board.

Early on
I am so fascinated by photography and it’s capability to bring your imagination to amazing places. Early on, I fell in love with the idea of filming my own productions, so I set out to learn everything I could.
Current
I have been teaching myself filmmaking for the past four and a half years and I’m still learning every day. I am building my business as a freelance filmmaker, as well as working on my own photo shoots.
